// COURSE DESCRIPTION 
This Post Graduation aims to meet the needs of specialization in emerging areas of the market and provide its participants with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge and skills, in the field of Tourism and Hospitality Management, in the context 4.0 of the Digital Era. 

By promoting studies in areas identified as central to the future of the sector and responding to the needs identified in official documents such as the Tourism 2027 Strategy, and the Oporto and North Region Action Plan, this postgraduate course is presented as strategic for the labor market.

// OBJECTIVES
To train senior staff for specialized functions in Tourism and Hospitality Management, aiming:

Framing the overview and trends of the sector in the 4.0 era;
Raise awareness on key issues of strategic management and project financing in the context of Tourism and Hotels;
To enable participants to respect ethical, sustainability and accessibility issues in tourism;
Develop skills in management and talent leadership in teams;
Promote the mastery of social media marketing and branding tools;
Provide students with skills in digital network management and artificial intelligence;
Develop skills in the process of creation and innovation;

// RECEIVERS
Holders of a bachelor degree or equivalent;
Holders of a higher foreign academic degree awarded following a first cycle of studies organised in accordance with the Bologna principles by a State adhering to that Process;
Holders of a recognized academic, scientific or professional curriculum with the capacity to carry out the Post-Graduate Studies by the ISAG Technical and Scientific Council.

// OPERATION MODE
Duration: 225 hours | 30 ECTS
Application Deadline: September, 16, 2021
Beginning of the course: October 11, 2021

This Post Graduation is scheduled to begin in October 2020 (to be associated with the Masters) 
The classes will take place, preferably, three days a week from 19H00 to 24H00. (to set days of the week)
Courses will be interrupted during Christmas, Carnival, Easter and August.
